Delivery times<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. will be processed - if in stock - the same day.<\/li>\n      <li>The average delivery time is <strong>2 to 3 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>We <strong>aim<\/strong> to delivery within 24 hours, but this is not a guaranteed delivery time.<\/li>\n      <li>Delays caused by carriers (DHL, PostNL, DPD, etc.) are beyond our responsibility.<\/li>\n      <li>A different delivery time may apply for specially ordered parts; this will be communicated in advance.<\/li>\n      <li>If a product proves to be unavailable, you will receive immediate notification with a choice of alternative, extended delivery time or full refund.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>2. Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.<\/li>\n      <li>Surcharges may apply for large, heavy or fragile parts.<\/li>\n      <li>Return shipments are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>3. Risk transfer<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>The risk of loss or damage lies with us until delivery to the address you provide.<\/li>\n      <li>After delivery, the risk passes to the customer.<\/li>\n      <li>If delivery is refused, return and additional costs will be charged.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>4. Control upon receipt<\/h3>\n    <p>Please check the order immediately upon receipt.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Report within 48 hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>damaged products<\/li>\n      <li>incorrectly delivered products<\/li>\n      <li>incomplete orders<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>After this deadline, carriers may refuse a claim, so we cannot guarantee compensation.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>5. Refund<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>After correct receipt, we will deposit within <strong>14 days<\/strong> the purchase price back.<\/li>\n      <li>In case of depreciation due to use or damage, this amount will be deducted.<\/li>\n      <li>Outbound shipping charges are refundable upon full return except for optional additional shipping options.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal.<\/h3>\n    <p>The following products can <strong>not<\/strong> be returned:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Specially ordered parts<\/strong> that are not part of the standard assortment.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Electronic components<\/strong> such as:\n        <ul>\n          <li>ECUs<\/li>\n          <li>Airbag modules<\/li>\n          <li>Sensor systems<\/li>\n          <li>Electronic pumps<\/li>\n          <li>CAN bus modules<\/li>\n          <li>Cable harnesses<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li><strong>Software and tuning products<\/strong>, including tuning files and activations.<\/li>\n      <li>Products with obvious signs of use or assembly.<\/li>\n      <li>Opened containers of liquids, maintenance products or chemical products.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>9. Defects and Warranty<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Report defects upon receipt within 48 hours.<\/li>\n      <li>Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and is assessed by manufacturer\/supplier.<\/li>\n      <li>Warranty covers none:\n        <ul>\n          <li>damage due to faulty assembly, tuning or own modifications<\/li>\n          <li>wear from use<\/li>\n          <li>damage due to existing technical defects in the vehicle<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>If warranty is approved, repair or replacement will take place; refunds are not standard.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>10. Wrongly ordered or mismatched part<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>The customer is responsible for verifying proper fit and compatibility.<\/li>\n      <li>If in doubt, we recommend contacting us before purchase.<\/li>\n      <li>Return of incorrectly ordered electronic parts is not possible.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>11. Product variations<\/h3>\n    <p>Products may have minor differences due to supplier revisions, such as:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>color<\/li>\n      <li>form<\/li>\n      <li>product code<\/li>\n      <li>serial number<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>As long as the functionality is the same, this does not fall under faulty delivery.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>12.
