Delivery Terms & Return Policy

1. Delivery times
- Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. will be processed - if in stock - the same day.
- The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
- We aim to delivery within 24 hours, but this is not a guaranteed delivery time.
- Delays caused by carriers (DHL, PostNL, DPD, etc.) are beyond our responsibility.
- A different delivery time may apply for specially ordered parts; this will be communicated in advance.
- If a product proves to be unavailable, you will receive immediate notification with a choice of alternative, extended delivery time or full refund.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
- Surcharges may apply for large, heavy or fragile parts.
- Return shipments are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
3. Risk transfer
- The risk of loss or damage lies with us until delivery to the address you provide.
- After delivery, the risk passes to the customer.
- If delivery is refused, return and additional costs will be charged.
4. Control upon receipt
Please check the order immediately upon receipt.
Report within 48 hours:
- damaged products
- incorrectly delivered products
- incomplete orders
After this deadline, carriers may refuse a claim, so we cannot guarantee compensation.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers).
When making online purchases, you as a consumer have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days upon receipt of the product.
Return conditions:
- Product is unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging is present and not seriously damaged.
- Product contains no signs of assembly or use.
- Product is complete and clean.
Used or assembled auto parts we can not return.
6. Return Procedure
- Report your return within 14 days via email: su*****@*********ts.com or ro***************@***il.com.
- After notification, you still have 14 days to return the product.
- Shipping costs for return are for the customer, unless there is an error on our part or an approved warranty.
- The customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipping.
- Keep your shipping receipt; without proof, we cannot process a lost return.
7. Refund
- After correct receipt, we will deposit within 14 days the purchase price back.
- In case of depreciation due to use or damage, this amount will be deducted.
- Outbound shipping charges are refundable upon full return except for optional additional shipping options.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal.
The following products can not be returned:
- Specially ordered parts that are not part of the standard assortment.
- Electronic components such as:
- ECUs
- Airbag modules
- Sensor systems
- Electronic pumps
- CAN bus modules
- Cable harnesses
- Software and tuning products, including tuning files and activations.
- Products with obvious signs of use or assembly.
- Opened containers of liquids, maintenance products or chemical products.
9. Defects and Warranty
- Report defects upon receipt within 48 hours.
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and is assessed by manufacturer/supplier.
- Warranty covers none:
- damage due to faulty assembly, tuning or own modifications
- wear from use
- damage due to existing technical defects in the vehicle
- If warranty is approved, repair or replacement will take place; refunds are not standard.
10. Wrongly ordered or mismatched part
- The customer is responsible for verifying proper fit and compatibility.
- If in doubt, we recommend contacting us before purchase.
- Return of incorrectly ordered electronic parts is not possible.
11. Product variations
Products may have minor differences due to supplier revisions, such as:
- color
- form
- product code
- serial number
As long as the functionality is the same, this does not fall under faulty delivery.
